My client a leading Estate Agent based in North Leeds seeks a target driven Customer Service Adviser to join their team. Dealing with both incoming and outbound calls to provide top quality customer service while effectively promoting and cross–selling related property services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a busy telesales / customer service environment dealing with both inbound and outbound calls and be able to work well under pressure still providing a quality service. The role offers a good basic and commission structureCustomer Service Advisor duties: To make outbound calls to build direct customer relationships in order to promote and sell all related services. To recommend related services to customers which will generate revenue. To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases. To refer all specific enquiries to the correct departments. To ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently. To value the people we work with and their diversity by being self–aware.
