Our client is searching for a new member to join their experienced and successful Commercial Property team, in their ongoing team development.
To be considered for this role, you must have either residential or commercial property experience.
The role is as follows:–
Answering the incoming calls on the main line and delegating them to the appropriate departmentUsing the Agency Pilot software in connection with the commercial propertiesEnquiries are to be dealt with by discussing the property with the interested party, inserting their details on the database for any other properties which are suitable carrying out a mailshot and then making appointments for the properties they want to view.Making appointments for viewings in dairies.Taking new instructions for a Surveyor to inspect a new property to be put on the market either for sale or to rent and then making an appointment in the appropriate Surveyor's diary.Making new files for propertiesArranging a board to be erected and an EPC if neededThen the marketing details are prepared, by either my myself or the surveyor, inserting all the information on the Agency Pilot system and making the property live on our website and carrying out a mailshot to all applicants on the system.Chasing up the viewings for feedback and follow them through if interested.Taking offers off interested parties and putting them to the client and following through with the sale or lease which will entail preparing Heads of Terms to be issued to all parties and following up the progress of sale/letting with all the parties involved including SolicitorsWhen sold or let invoicing the client for the agreed fee
