About the role

In your role as a Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator at Trident Group, your primary responsibility will be to organise and manage the schedules and assignments for our internal team as well as our network of reputable external contractors. Your role is pivotal, ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are executed flawlessly, efficiently, and in strict adherence to our established standards.

You will be entrusted with the vital task of ensuring compliance with our operational protocols, easing seamless coordination across the team, and keeping unwavering adherence to our prescribed procedures. Your role demands exceptional organisational and administrative skills, as you will be tasked with managing a diverse array of responsibilities, including the processing of job completions and the uploading of necessary certifications, all while ensuring the best utilisation of resources.

Your contributions are critical to the success of our team, as you will play a vital role in exceeding the expectations of our residents and stakeholders. Your ability in managing, organizing, and streamlining operations will be crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services, keeping our properties at the highest standard of care.

About us

Trident Group has over 60 years experience of delivering homes, services and innovation for up to 8,000 people in over 3,600 homes in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the Midlands. The Group consists of;

Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity delivering person-centred care and support services. These services include supporting people within registered care, domiciliary care, people with learning difficulties, those with mental health needs, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless, those seeking employability, education and training opportunities and those fleeing domestic abuse.
