manage the maintenance requirements of the property portfoliocontact landlords to advise of outstanding maintenance requirementsorganise contractors to attend properties, opening and losing job on the property maintenance systemdealing with cleaning staff to ensure properties are cleaned to a high standard (weekly meetings as well as day to day contact)manage an a group inboxlist is not exhaustive To succeed in this role you will have:
