Role: Buildings & Technical Services Manager

Duties: Overall management and progression of the Council's commercial and corporate property portfolio

Implementation of The Asset Management Plan (AMP) including managing budgets/tendering/supervision/administrationEngage with the maintenance function within PAM to ensure that the planned, cyclical and reactive maintenance is delivered.Supervision and management of Building Surveyor (x2), Project Engineer (x2) Health, Safety and Compliance Manager.Education: Full Membership of an appropriate professional Building/Property related body (RICS Etc)

Target Start Date: January

Hours: 37 p/w

Working pattern: Hybrid
