Our client is looking for a Property and Facilities Officer to join their team in Farnborough. The job holder will be responsible for the administration of health and safety, facilities and property - related functions to a network of offices. Responsibilities will also include supporting fire and first aid as well as being involved in the Health and Safety Committee. The candidate will need to ensure delivery of property, facilities and health and safety related actions. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining key supplier relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the administration of health & safety, fire and first aid, to include maintenance of policies and procedures, audits, provision of training and upkeep of staff information. To manage all aspects of property and facilities day to day running.To partake in and undertake actions of the Health and Safety Committee. Work with line manager to ensure good house keeping throughout offices. To maintain supplier and third party relationships core to Central Services. To deliver against project-related and departmental-set objectives and provide clear communication on status.To undertake adhoc duties as necessary. Job Requirements:
