Long established property company with offices in North London and Mayfair are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated and extremley well organised person to join the family business.
The role will include but not limited to:
Dealing with contractors and tenants. Contacting them through email, phone and online portals.
Booking maintenance jobs.
Chasing maintenance jobs/estimates and invoices.
Keeping up to date and on top of property compliance.
Providing support to the property managment team on a daily bais.
Looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will ideally have some experience in customer service role, ideally in maintenance or another property sector.
Hours Mon - Fri 9am-6pm and alternate Saturday 10am-3pm.
Local knowledge of North London preferrable.
