With a growing Bristol-based operation which works as one team with their London team, they are now keen to recruit an experienced Non-Contentious Projects or Construction lawyer to join their award-winning team in Bristol.Your new roleYou will be joining one of the UK's premier Projects teams assisting on complex domestic and international major projects, with a key focus in the waste, energy, construction, restructuring, and mining sectors. Advising on major infrastructure projects that often stretch into the multi-billions, you will be working with an enviable domestic and international private base, as well as domestic and international government bodies. You will have the opportunity to work closely alongside the partners in the team and take a lead on matters of your own; leading often multi-departmental teams to deliver a seamless client service.What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced projects or construction lawyer with experience of handling complex major projects on a domestic and/ or international level. Experience of handling the full raft of project documentation and standard form JCT documentation will be crucial, along with ideally experience in providing wider construction advice on real estate development and financing schemes.Whilst international experience would be desirable, Projects lawyers with predominantly domestic experience would still be very welcome.What you'll get in returnYou will be joining a market-leading Projects team and enjoy exposure to a quality of work rarely found outside of London, whilst enjoying all the lifestyle benefits of being based in the Southwest.
