As part of our social care team, you will work in partnership with clinicians employed by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, as well as with our partners within probation/police services.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week, in a shift pattern which ensures the service is staffed 7 days a week.
The Ideal Candidate You'll need previous relevant experience of using a person centred approach in a mental health setting and a good understanding of the complex needs of individuals we support. You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and using your initiative.
Experience of working with individuals who have forensic histories would be an advantage. An effective team player, with a proven track record as a supervisor/line manager. You will possess excellent communication skills, a flexible recovery focused approach, a positive attitude and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.
