I am working with an organisation who are looking to add a Project Surveyor to their team based in the Bristol/Bath area. This position requires good Damp & Mould knowledge and solid experience of managing contracts and working with the contractors. There is also a need to have a good understanding of the legislations within the sector, so Disrepair experience would be ideal. There is good flexibility and support with this role, as well as the various other benefits listed below.
The salary for this role is 39,000 - 42,000.

Prepare specifications, tender, and supervise contracts for all planned, repair and improvement workCollaborating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project successProviding technical expertise and solutions and support to the wider teamMaintain strong communication throughout the works with residentsAnalyse quotations from installation teamsPrepare and submit monthly applications for payments
