Description

We are currently seeking a passionate Project Sales Executive to join our client's expanding team. You role will be to generate a flow of quality enquiries and orders into the business from selected high potential target companies and construction projects in Northern Europe. This will include identifying key target contacts and projects within the selected accounts and their associated third parties (contractors, architects etc) and making contact with and building rapport with these contacts to generate opportunities into the business, then converting these opportunities to orders.

The role will be based at the company Head Office in Stafford UK, but will involve regular (typically 1-2x per month) travel to Northern Europe (typically Scandinavia, Netherlands Belgium) to visit existing and prospective clients

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

Utilize a variety of lead generation techniques such as calling, Linkedin messaging, F2F meetings, email marketing, expo visits and networking to generate prospect stage opportunities within target criteria for target accounts and projects Build strategic relationships with high potential contacts to identify and generate leads Hold effective discovery conversations with potential clients to identify pains that we can provide solutions for and generate leads Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads Nurture and develop Suspect leads through regular follow-up Use CRM to track lead interactions and update lead status Qualification

Thorough enquiry qualification using the Westgate MEDDPICC process of all new sales leads Negotiating and Securing Orders

Utilise negotiation techniques to secure orders whilst preserving GP Ensure all client details are correctly captured and that orders placed are in line with company processes Use the Sales Analysis Tool on all deals over GBP250k to formulate a strategy to win each deal Post Order Follow Up

Follow up clients post order to ensure a positive experience in working with Westgate and to secure further leads Recording

Record all client interactions on the company CRM system Collaboration:

Work closely within the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals Work closely with Sales Lead Researchers to ensure alignment with leads identified and business needs Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation strategies and campaigns Reporting:

Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline, orders, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of different lead sources Analyse data to make data-driven decisions and optimize lead generation strategies Requirements

Proven track record of successful business development in a B2B environment Experience of carrying out business development activities within Northern Europe Fluency in a non-English, European language is preferable- Ideally Swedish Fluency in English language Experience of following a sales process An understanding of how large and complex client organisations function Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational, planning & prioritising skills to ensure that follow-up deadlines are met even in busy periods Benefits

Salary- GBP35,000- GBP40,000 basic

OTE- GBP50,000- GBP60,000
