They have been established for over 50 years and specialise in construction, engineering, large scale infrastructure and multi–million pound frameworks, working on a variety of projects that can be valued in excess of GBP100m.

The Role – Project Quantity Surveyor

As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting directly into the Senior Quantity Surveyor & Commercial Manager and will be responsible for managing the commercial duties on a GBP50m healthcare project in Warrington.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Preparation of bills and/or schedules for quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and refurbishment of building works in relation to both Estimating and Post contract duties.Cost reporting.Preparation and valuation of progress and submission to client.Sub–contract procurement including sending out enquiries, collating prices, negotiation, order placement.Sub–contract valuations and payments in connection with any contract. Required skills and knowledge:

A degree/equivalent qualification (HNC/HND).At least 5 years' Post Grad experience.Main contracting experience How to apply?
