As an experienced Project Manager you will be an organised and determined individual who feels comfortable working in leading multi-disciplinary teams. You will be supporting the central PMO team to deliver the organisations Transformation Programme.
Experience
Successful track record of leading and managing large and/or complex projects (or equivalent),
particularly involving operational and process change.
Proven success of working with all levels management and leading and influencing teams of people
(directly and indirectly).
Working in a Transformation and/or Business Change environment
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
To consult, draft materials, and delivery training on project management tools and techniques as
requested by the Transformation Programme Manager.
People management, including the ability to upwardly manage senior staff.
Strong communicator, able to build excellent relationships across a business.
Highly organised and disciplined.
Able to move easily between high level strategy and a close attention to detail, and assess the
impact on their own area of work as well as wider cross-functional implications.
Able to react quickly to any given situation, taking into account both short and long-term risks and
consequences to deliver a recommended approach.
Strong analytical, influencing and negotiation skills.
