What You Will Do :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join our lifecycle team to support energy, sustainability, and infrastructure work with our commercial and public sector clients. This person will support the management of our large programs, working with the project team to plan and deliver large programs.
We partner with our clients to design and deliver transformational programs, evaluate, and optimize program contributions towards climate, energy, and other goals, and continuously improve the program experience for customers.
As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects and workstreams, contributing to project planning, preparing, and maintaining documentation, reviewing contracts and financials, monitoring project activities, and evaluating the overall project performance. In addition, you will work with client stakeholders to assess project performance, identify, and manage risks and issues, keeping clients informed and proactively managing expectations.

Responsibilities:
Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategyEstablishing key performance indicatorsMonitoring and evaluating the overall projectAnalyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performanceIdentifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutionsProviding operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reportsMaintaining project contracts and financialsSupport the development and roll-out of our project management methodology, being a coach and change agent to encourage adoption
What You Will Need :
Bachelors degree3-6 years' experience with project management and operations with Power UtilitiesExperience with stakeholder and financial managementKnowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycleOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency with data analytics in Microsoft ExcelAbility to assume ownership of significant portions of tasks while collaborating with a close-knit teamAbility to manage several tasks simultaneously, prioritize and plan work activities while meeting respective deadlinesDemonstrated attention to detailStrong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAn inquisitive nature and desire for continuous improvementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel as needed ( 5% travel annually pending COVID safety)Staff level of hire will be determined by Guidehouse interviewing processThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
