About the job:
Integrum Power has a large portfolio of medium/Large size contracts providing design, installation & commissioning services in support of a variety of BESS, PV, STOR, Rail and T&D asset renewal and enhancement projects. The successful candidate needs to be a well-rounded individual with a broad skillset encompassing resource & logistics planning, commercial management and contract administration as well as the traditional project management competences. The successful candidate will require an electrical engineering bias with experience of a broad range of power engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle from leading engagement with new and existing clients and supporting winning of new works, to project delivery and handover at practical completion with target of zero defects. Manage all types of projects from tendering to handover within area of activity, ensuring work is completed to time to required quality standard and within budget. Lead and direct a workforce (between 2-10 people on average) promoting a high level of motivation and co-operation to ensure delivery of projects to budget, program and safety and quality standards. Represent Integrum at national level, ensuring all enquires are handled in the appropriate manner and a positive image of the Company is always maintained. What you will need to be successful:
Educated to degree level in a relevant engineering discipline with, ideally, Chartered Engineer status; Developed project administration skills and proven history of financial management of projects Experience of design and engineering on projects with commercial / industrial knowledge and expertise Ability to quote new works using Estimating Software It would be great if you have experience leading H&S and its associated paperwork Financial management including use of Xero or equivalent would be a benefit Good understanding of both LV and HV installation work within a contracting environment Outstanding self-reliance, resourcefulness and initiative, flexible approach and excellent time management Program Management via MS Project or equivalent Previous experience leading teams or managing sites Outstanding self-reliance, resourcefulness and initiative, flexible approach and excellent time management.
