We are open to discussing hybrid working options once you have completed your initial training with us, with the possibility to work from home up to two days a week.On joining the Corporate Partnerships team, you will be building business and volunteer relationships so that we can provide more business volunteers to our schools to work with our young people. This plays an integral role in supporting young people into stable and aspirational employment. Join us and help shape a future where every young person's potential is unleashed!The RoleAs a Project Co–ordinator, you will support the development and delivery of our corporate partnerships.Supporting the team with a variety of functions, you will work on researching, onboarding and stewarding prospective new partners, assist with communications and account management and support with funding applications. You will work alongside the Deputy Director to build community and corporate relationships, helping our employer partners to have strong and fulfilling relationships with The Switch.Additionally, you will– Attend school–based events, supporting partner volunteers and ensuring they have positive experiences.– Co–ordinate bespoke corporate events.– Create engaging and bespoke communications across a variety of platforms. – Manage social media and other communications.– Use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to track engagement and show impact.The Jack Petchey Internship ProgrammeAs part of this role, you will be part of the Jack Petchey Internship Programme with 30 other interns from different youth organisations in London and Essex. This development programme will involve you attending a launch conference, four professional development workshops throughout the year and a celebration event at the end of the programme. You will receive an extra training bursary of GBP1,000 for approved training. You will also be matched with a mentor from another organisation to support you in your professional development. The Jack Petchey Internship Programme training and events will take place in person in London, and you will be expected to take full part in this programme alongside your role at The Switch.
