A Project Coordinator job is now available in Bath. This role will see you assisting in all aspects of the procurement process for luxury interior design projects including scheduling, budgeting, generating purchase orders and coordinating deliveries. Salary of 23,000 - 25,000 plus benefits.

Thanks to their traditionally luxurious yet relaxed style, the practice is regularly featured in the House and Garden list of 100 leading interior designers. With an ever-expanding pipeline of work, they are currently looking for a dedicated and reliable team player to join their team of 37 as Project Coordinator.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assisting Procurement Managers in executing projects and ensuring faultless implementation
- Creating budget documents for multiple projects
- Comparing prices, specifications, and delivery options to make informed purchasing decisions
- Acting as a central point of contact for project-related communications
- Managing the procurement process, generating purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
- Creating design schedules
- Managing supplier database
- Tracking milestones to ensure the delivery of products
- Creating installation schedules, and coordinating with contractors and storage facilities to ensure seamless project execution
- Leading close-out of projects
- Participating in training and development to improve knowledge of procurement practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years' experience in a similar position
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and juggle tasks with a flexible attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive with ability to take initiative
- Confident, polite and professional manner
- Accurate and efficient in handling information
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook
- Ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
