Our client, based in Northampton require a Project Coordinator to join their team to assist and support the General Manager / Commercial Director achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
To be the central contact points for coordinating all product development projects amongst the different department within the company. This will involve working with the technical department, regulatory, sales and logistics.Work closely with supplier / manufacturer partners to progress on the different initiatives (organizing for samples, getting all data for product setups and technical support).Work with some of our key customers to get feedback on products and report those feedback to management.Organize regular project meetings to update GM & Sales director the product development projects.Established a new product development template that can be used for all new projects going forward.Assist with planning and overseeing our rolling 3 years new product road map.Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.Develop relationships with the suppliers / manufacturers field and internal teams.Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, creating presentations and following up on tasks.Maintain a high level of integrity.Project manage special projects and performs other duties as required. Ability to Multitask.Excellent attention to detail.Good communication skills both written and verbal.Good analytical and numerical skills.Experience supporting a busy and varied team.Advanced knowledge of MS office.Good planning/organizational skills and techniques.Project and budget management skills.Accredited qualification in Excel desirable.
