Your role will be working on site in Blackburn Monday - Friday. You will be responsible for:
Approving labour recordsReceipting purchase ordersRaising purchase ordersCompleting purchase card logs and updating the administration manual as requiredSupport in the management of the relationships between the clients, and key stake holdersEnsure that works can proceed with the minimum of disruption to building users. End to End workflow administration of Projects and Lifecycle WorksSupports works Projects and Lifecycle Managers with oversight and distribution of internal OrdersLiaising with subcontractorsMonthly review of all WIP (Work in Progress)Administration of contract variationsProcessing and inputting of employee data in SAP for Sickness, Absence, Annual Leave and Overtime / PayrollGenerates all required data to the Account Manager for the monthly client reportAdministration of all Purchase Card expenditure receipts and reconciliation Support the wider contract with general administrative support as requiredOrganisation of meeting schedules and room bookingsTravel booking and management for Senior Management TeamOther ad hoc administrative duties as requiredAbout you
Experienced coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced project or technical environmentExperienced in MS Office applications including Excel & Outlook Ability to consistently deliver outputs required with a high degree of accuracyAbility to balance and prioritise workload at various times in the monthly scheduleGood communication and customer service skillsDemonstrate good time management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set proceduresGood organisational skills and willing to learn from othersCarry out work diligently and with a high degree of accuracyAbility to prioritise a series of tasks. Team player and contribute to the effective output of the Administration TeamAble to work to strict deadlines, ensure a high level of customer service when dealing with internal and external stakeholdersHaving experience of working in the Facilities Management sector is highly advantageous but not essential.
