Description

Sewell Wallis are working with our client who are based in West Bromwich, looking for an experienced Project Controller ideally with an EfW background but not desired. The business is going through a period of growth therefore needing additional numbers in the project team!

The business has a fantastic culture making it easy for the successful candidate to feel at home from the get-go. They are an industry leader in their sector therefore making it a very sought after businesses to work for!

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a construction project and have seen the project from start to finish allowing them to hit the ground running and be available on a short or immediate notice. The role is an initial 2 Year FTC with a start date being mid January.

The responsibilities are as follows:

Overseeing a construction project from start to finishElements of document controllingElements of general project adminElements of office managementMaintaining and creating project library and plans, file, recording and reporting systemsMaking sure project admin methods standards and processes are maintainedAssisting team members on disciplines, procedures and any extra recording or reporting requirementsMaking sure all risks are tracked, issues and logged correctlyMaintaining and developing effect communication systems within the project teamImplementing and developing proceduresProducing project reportsMaking sure all reports are coordinated correctlySetting up cost recording systems and maintaining these systemsAssisting with extra ad-hoc tasks The role is currently office based but are open to the option of flexible working if needed.
