Experienced Project running Architect required to join the Leeds division of a national property design consultancy to support the successful design and project delivery of a variety of challenging projects across multiple sectors.

They offer an excellent Architectural experience with an exciting core portfolio; the successful Project Architect will be treated to a variety of work encompassing the following projects -
Multiple leisure related schemes up to 20m in value, the majority of which are due planning consent imminently.
Various grass roots football foundation projects, to include new and upgraded facilities, viewing terraces, training facilities.
Housing - New Build housing, majority of which is net zero, housing estate renewals & refurbishments, energy efficiency upgrades.
As Project Architect, it will be your responsibility to lead and deliver project works to their clientele, projects are at various RIBA stages of work with some at conceptual pre planning development and numerous due to receive planning imminently. You will carry out allocated tasks professionally within determined financial budgets and fee/cost targets whilst maintain the highest level of Architectural Design quality and Innovation. The practice are continuing to transition the bulk of their new work into a REVIT based design model, an project running Architect with a good working knowledge of REVIT software would be highly desirable, however training can be provided due to them having a BIM Manager and robust training procedures.
The successful Project Architect applicant will hold the following:
Professional membership of the Architects Registration Board
Professional Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of British Architects
Bachelor's Degree in an Architectural related discipline
Current site card or is prepared to immediately attain
Experience of providing high level consultancy advice
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.
Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and risks and hazards associated with asbestos.
At least 5 years fully qualified experience within a UK based Architectural practice background.
Excellent site based experience, to include job running and contractor management experience.
A Competitive salary DOE in the region of 38,000 - 45,000 per annum is on offer, plus the following benefits.

Our client have a co-working office hub and give their staff the option of what days they work in the office, typically the working week will be half remote based and half based in the office, more or less of either can be afforded depending on circumstances.
