Position: Project Architect

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Type: Permanent

Location: South-London

We are seeking an ambitious and talented Project Architect to join our client's well-established architectural firm in South London.

The Project Architect will ideally have the following attributes:

A degree in Architecture; ARB registered or RIBA qualified A minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. Proven track record of working on multiple projects across a variety of sectors Proficiency in project leadership and providing clear directions. A strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Previous involvement in large-scale UK housing schemes. Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must The responsibilities of the Project Architect role include:

Efficiently plan and organise the workflow and deadlines for the project team. To work directly with the Project Director on the design and development of projects Prepare concept design sketches and develop the design by utilising ArchiCAD and Sketch-up Actively participate in client meetings and conduct site visits when necessary. Develop and implement building designs, packages, and details while adhering to budget constraints. Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations.
