A leading multi-disciplinary architecture and design practice are looking for a Project Architect to join their talented team based in West Sussex.

This award-winning practice specialise in the Commercial design sector and they have successfully forged an outstanding reputation for delivering designs that simultaneously promote their client's core values whilst captivating the imagination of consumers.

The team are passionate about what they do and embark on a holistic design process that begins with meticulous research and concept creation through to detailed working drawings, on site project management and contract administration.

The ideal Project Architect will come with experience in the Commercial sector and possess a strong technical background whilst being capable of building rapport with key clients. As the successful Project Architect you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of projects, from concept to completion - ensuring performance and progress meet the contractual requirements whilst projects are being delivered on time and to budget.

Project Architect Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience post Part 3 qualificationStrong construction backgroundAmbitious, creative, multi-tasker, and well-organisedKnowledge of UK Building RegsMust have clean driving licence and prepared to travel across the UK and Ireland for site visitsAdept at producing feasibilities/ costs for new projectsAbility to manage contractors/designersExcellent project management skillsAttention to detail
