CXC are delighted to be partnering with a fast growing Salesforce Consultancy business in their search for a Project Administrator. The company are growing quickly and are looking for an Administrator who is proactive and versatile. The role is offered on a permanent, fully remote basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Assists project team with various administration duties Processes invoices and various other credit control tasks such as maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Drafts reports and correspondence. Attends meetings and takes meeting notes. Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks. Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures. Solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements. Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors. Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other company initiatives. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications / Skills:
