My client is a local and well established manufacturing business located in Norfolk. A thriving business with a strong Project team the Programme manager is looking for another Project Engineer or Project Manager to join them.

Project Manager - The role involves:

Supporting new and existing projects Client focused and excellent at building professional relationships Cradle to grave responsibility from sales order acceptance to project completion Providing technical support to all departments internally Promoting and working towards the culture of Business Excellence with quality performance and continuous improvements Customer liaison and support through the life-cycle of the project Working closely with manufacturing and marketing to ensure the design and project is successful Managing existing projects within the business, focusing on Project Delivery, further business development and costs Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with supporting new business. Managing the project process whilst supporting the efficient running of the department and liaising with all areas of the business. Striving for excellence within the team of high levels of customer service and seamless processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas;

Time served or qualification in a relevant Engineering or manufacturing discipline A strong understanding of Project/Programme Management this can be time served or a relevant project management qualification Previous project Management experience is essential for this role but this can be from managing NPI or design projects previously to purely programme management experience (the client will consider all levels of experience) Fully conversant with Quality standards and working to industry legislation Team orientated Engineer Strong communication skills Full sector training will be given If you feel this role is of interest, but don't quite fit all the criteria please do not hesitate to contact me for more information.
