Our client are a high profile couple who are seeking a programme coordinator. The role is both business and personal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organising the domestic and overseas official programme for the couple as well as overseeing commitments relating to own sponsorships and portfolios of work, as a Programme Co-ordinator you will provide important logistical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day running and execution of their programmes. Supporting the Assistant Private Secretary you will be involved with planning all aspects of visits and events, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and hosts alike. You will also assist with internal and external enquiries, and prepare correspondence and briefings, expanding your existing administration skills within a truly unique environment. On the private side of the role duties will include liaising with household staff, booking personal overseas trips including putting together detailed itineraries, booking hotels. Arranging events and property management.
Experience and skills
You will have relevant, or transferable experience in a similar role, you will be an excellent administrator, have good drafting skills and a real eye for detail. Highly efficient and organised, you will be confident prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. With a confident and professional communication style, you will liaise easily with a wide range of individuals and organisations. Combined with strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications, you will be able to prepare a range of documents and correspondence. Enthusiastic and with lots of initiative, you will enjoy the challenge of a varied workload as well as working collaboratively as part of a small team.
