I'm working with a Manufacturing company in Bootle who are currently recruiting for a Plant/Production Manager to help the business continue on its journey of growth . The business has been in operation for over 70 years and sells a range of textile based products around the world.

They are now looking for a Production manager to assist with managing a team of 20 people to plan, organize and be responsible for the smooth running of the factory. You will also be tasked with increasing production capacity whilst minimizing unnecessary costs and improving quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production

Manage performance.Understand machines.Improve flow.Maintaining administration records.Quality

Improve and implement quality systems.Safety

Ensure all risk assessments are coveredMaintain H & S requirements.Supervise and mentor.
