Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are working with processing dairy to recruit a Production Supervisor for their busy site in Keighley. The company produces and distributes products throughout Yorkshire

Reporting into the Production Manager you will be conscientious, hard working and expect high standards from themselves and staff.

The Job

The job is a full time permanent role and is a key link to the dairy operation.

Recording of all document data as required by management

Positive release of finished product and quality control

Undertake (CIP) clean in place on various filters and tanks

Completion on various production checks

Monitor staff performance, undertake performance reviews and staff training

Review daily rotas

Instruct and oversee team of dairy operators

Production and packing of goods

Other

This is a full time post working an average of 48 hours per week over six days
