We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Team Leader/Shift Manager to join the team. The role is Mon - Fri Twilight.

The main responsibilities of the role is to ensure quality and production standards are adhered to. Achieve and improve upon performance targets, drive CI and Lean manufacturing principles and develop the team.

You will need to be an experience Team Leader/Shift Manager with experience overseeing teams of at least 30 reports, a hands on leader who likes to get their sleeves rolled up, a problem solver, a track record within the food manufacturing industry and able to use own initiative.
