Are you a Production Shift Manager who can hit the ground running and add value to a growing site?

We are currently working with a multi-site, well established food manufacturer who have had sign off on new Production Shift Manager positions. This role is a Mon - Fri 6-2/2-10pm rotating weekly.

You will be responsible for overseeing production, adhering to quality of customer specs, developing the team, improving KPIs, maintaining H&S standards and identifying areas to implement CI and Lean Manufacturing techniques.

You will need to be an experienced Supervisor/Shift Manager with experience working with teams of 20+ reports, hands on manager who focuses on process improvement and people development.
