Immediate start 1st week of Jan 2024 for these roles!

Our production lines were busy and rarely stopped being busy throughout 2023, and 2024 is going to start in the same way! As always the last thing we want to do is hold back our success - or yours for that matter! Hence our collaborative and friendly team needs more willing hands to help: in this case two new team members who we can train on our product lines. Casual and on the afternoons shifts to start with please.

Then what is mostly required is a positive attitude to work, reliability and a willingness to learn. Those always come first for us (although any relevant work experience you bring is a plus of course). As above we are busy, and getting busier, in our modern production facility, manufacturing and supplying key materials to UK businesses. So we need additional motivated and reliable Operatives to join a team where you are always a person and a name, not a number.

Details:

- Later shift on this requirement please - 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday for these roles please.

- Starting rate £10.42/hour and casual to start with, but we do remember those who came in and showed the right work ethic when more permanent openings come along.

- Our work usually involves: Ensuring all goods meet both internal and customer required standards (Damage free; Correctly labelled; Correctly produced.)

- Other work can be rotated and involve other departments.

- Anyone showing aptitude has the opportunity to be put on a more thorough training programme for our other lines (such as cutting and moulding.)

- Oh, and don't forget we have a good canteen with a big screen in it!

Any relevant work background you can show is of course of interest, but we will provide full training, so the right positive attitude and a willingness to work is far more important. If that is you, please apply today.
