Our client, a leading business in their field, is looking to recruit many Production Line Operative staff to start immediately on an ongoing temporary basis (rolling contract no end date), this may go permanent in the future. We are looking for reliable, experienced people for immediate starts.

SHIFT PATTERN: This role is working a 3 shift rota (6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am) Monday to Friday, shifts rotate weekly.

Salary is GBP14.98 per hour across all shifts (as the shift allowance is included).

Overtime paid at time and a half when over 40 hours worked, and double pay on most weekend hours (overtime rate based on a basic hourly rate of GBP12.24 x1.5 / x2).

Responsibilities:

Working as part of a production team, overlooking / operating manufacturing machines. Manual mixing of products, manufacturing products and checking for inconsistencies The Person:

Have experience of working in a manufacturing / production / assembly environment. Positive attitude. Reliable. Willing to help out with ad-hoc tasks when necessary. Ability to work as a team.
