Just Recruitment is working with an international organisation - with a manufacturing facility on the outskirts of Sudbury - they are looking to add a Process Production Operative to join their growing team.

Key duties include:

Handling ingredients on an industrial scale for the purpose of manufacturing

Learn new skills to manufacture in a purpose-built facility.

Packaging storage and distribution responsibilities.

Maintaining clear records for production in line with BRC and Customer requirements

Maintaining high levels of hygiene in line with Good Manufacturing Practices

Working closely with Operational, logistics and Hygiene teams to maximise production efficiency

Upholding exceptional Health and Safety standards within the manufacturing environment.

Comprehensive training to take part in formal tasting panels

Build a comprehensive knowledge of ingredients and processes required to meet customer specifications.

Requirements for the role:

Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment

Ability to follow written instructions

Computer literate

Flexible working approach (shift patterns)

Conscientious and attention to detail

The ideal candidate will be a team player as well as self-motivated who carries out their duties to a high standard with confidence, honesty, and passion. Training for the use of essential specialist equipment will be conducted during the probationary period.

This can be a physically demanding role and should be taken into consideration by all applicants.
