Taskmaster Resources are currently recruiting for their client in the S60 area of Rotherham.

This is a Machine operator and sorter position, but may include some FLT loading if required. Someone with FLT license or experience would be preferred, but full training would be provided for the right person.

We offer a flat rate of 10.77, for working morning and afternoon rotating shifts.

There will be a shift premium of 3.58 per hour during unsocial hours, which acts as a shift premium.

6am-2pm shift

2 hours (6am-8am) would qualify for the shift premium.

2pm-10pm shift

4 hours (6pm-10pm) would qualify for shift premium.

This role may include some assembly, so is best suited to someone with good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor machines in a manufacturing environment - Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation - Load materials into machines and remove finished products - Inspect products for quality and make adjustments as necessary - Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications: - Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred - Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting - Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
