A long standing manufacturer based in Mildenhall, Suffolk are in need of production / assembly workers to join their growing team as they look to further expand into 2024!

If you come from a background in manufacturing or fabrication then apply for this role you could have the skills we need!

The starting salary for this production role is circa 11ph, pay reviews will be available after a 3 month probationary period and overtime is available at increased rates of pay!

This role will be working 07:00 - 16:00, Monday to Thursday, with early finishes every Friday!

Production Operative duties include:

Operating various hand / power tools to fabricate windows / doors etc.Cutting materials to sizeGasket pressure platesAlways maintain a clean & tidy work environmentEnsure the companies health & safety procedures are always adhered toMust be a competent user in hand & power tools & able to read & work from technical drawings independently.
