We are looking for a production operative for a busy company based near Clevedon. This role will be working for their composites division which provides solutions across Aerospace, Medical markets, amongst others.

The role will be to prepare and assemble a variety of composite structures such as seating, information stands and scanners as well as many other products. You will be working on products from start to finish so ability to work under pressure to deadlines is essential.

You will be working 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday with a 08:00 - 13:00 on Fridays! Salary will be up to 29,000 depending on experience.

Duties include:

Cutting and laying up materialsOperating ovens and other curing machineryAssembling using hand tools and adhesivesFinishing of componentsExperience needed:

Experience working within a manufacturing environment such as woodworking or engineeringIdeally some experience working laminating or compositesGood dexterity and attention to detailSome experience working with hand toolsIn return the company can offer a Healthcare cash plan, 24 days holiday + bank holidays, sick pay and more!
