Pertemps Industrial Division are currently recruiting Production Operators, for a large manufacturing client based in the Newhouse area of Lanarkshire.Due to the location of the assignment own transport would be beneficial.Weekly PayRate of pay: GBP10.42 during the 6 weeks training period, increasing to GBP11.05 if the training is extended, GBP12.96 – GBP14.14 after training; overtime paid at premium rateRota: Training 7.30AM – 4:15PM Monday to Thursday and 7.30AM – 11.30AM on FridayAfter training: 6AM – 2PM 2PM – 10PM rotatingThe job involves of but is not limited to:• operating machinery,• packing boxes for dispatch• ensuring the quality of products are to a high standard.Ideal Candidate: • Previous experience of working to targets, and the ability to exceed production targets.• Excellent manual dexterity skills• A high level of concentration whilst carrying out duties.• A good level of fitness as physical work will be required.• The ability to work on your feet all day, as you will be predominantly standing for most of the shift.Essential:Applicants must be available to work ALL shift patterns– this is vital.
