Description

The Production Manager will form part of the leadership team of this impressive manufacturing business and will have full responsibility for all manufacturing operations on site.

You will be tasked with delivering inspirational leadership, effective coaching and developing a culture of success through a team of direct reports, and a wider team of c.20.

Other day to day responsibilities will include:

Ownership of the production plan and its implementationDelivering a quality product on time, in fullPromoting a culture focussed on continuous improvementDeveloping high performing teamsImplementing additional KPIs to drive performance and success Profile

Successful Production Manager candidates will have a strong furniture/assembly manufacturing background. You will provide inspirational management and possess:

Extensive hands-on experience of managing production, warehousing and assembly in a relevant manufacturing industryAbility to analyse data to drive performanceA successful track record in implementing processes and scalable proceduresA proven continuous improvement skill setStrong, passionate and motivational leadership and communication skills with the ability to build a culture of successionAn innovative and customer focussed approach Job Offer
