Production Engineer roles and responsibilities:

Ability to produce high quality and accurate work instructionsConverting customer supplied data into programs for production machineryCompetency with Computer Aided Manufacturing packages for printed circuit board assembly (e.g. Circuit CAM, Factory Logics, Fuji CAM)Respond to breakdowns and perform maintenance tasksContribute to CI, NPI and DFM activities / Perform root cause analysis and resolve problemsExperience of stencil design and orderingKnowledge of oven profiles and screen-printing processLiaise and communicate with other departments, managers, and customersAbility to plan and manage capital projectsProducing operator assembly guides, production aids and jigsEnsure product and process quality meets the required specification.Support installation of machinery and equipment Production Engineer ideal candidate will:

Experience in a similar role previouslyExperience using SMT machines (Siemens desirable)Confidence to work in a team or individuallyKnowledge of Microsoft Office packagesFamiliar with ERP systems and BOM's Working Hours and Benefits:
