Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Production Engineer on a 6 month contract basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver in some key production projects in a fast paced, highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The Production Engineer duties and responsibilities will include:

Support a number of insource projects from other manufacturing site across the UK to begin production in SheffieldProvide production engineering support through all areas of manufacturingIdentify areas of improvement of existing production processesGenerate CAD designs for process solutions including jigs, fixturesDevelop process control and improvement if existing processesReview manufacturing cell layout and machinery location for production efficiencyCreate SOP'sEffectively integrate EdgeCam into the NPI process to reduce overall throughput time We are very keen to speak to you if you have the following skills and experience:

Strong understanding of CNC machinery and processes including G Code - CIMCO and Edgecam ProgrammingSolid understanding of NPI processes and design for jigs and fixturesExperience in working with valves and pressurised test equipment is highly desirableProficient in CAD Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist recruitment consultancy dealing with engineering, technical and operational positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
