Production CoordinatorGloucesterUp to GBP28,000 My client, a small yet growing company at the forefront of cutting–edge engineering, is currently on the lookout for a dynamic Production Coordinator to join their team. They've built a loyal customer network and deliver unparalleled quality. This role involves collaborating closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers delivering a range of administrative duties. The right candidate should be a motivated and enthusiastic individual, willing to provide crucial support to their commercial and operations teams and work very closely with the company director.Key Responsibilities:
Support internal teams for smooth daily operations.Manage and organise documentation and reports.Handle customer inquiries.Compile bespoke quotations with guidance from relevant managers.Process orders and generate necessary production paperwork.Place orders with external suppliers.Track orders, investigate delays, and coordinate deliveries.Maintain both electronic and paper files and records.Manage incoming calls and emails, recording and directing them appropriately.Keep customer records up to date.Provide general office support. About you:
Accuracy, attention to detail, and effective proofreading skills.Familiarity with raising purchase orders and internal production paperwork.Excellent telephone and communication skills.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Good time management skills.Ability to work under pressure, grasp concepts quickly, and meet set targets and critical deadlines.Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet skills.Happy to get stuck inIT literate.Methodical approach to work. GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).At least two years of experience in a similar role. Benefits:
