Day Time Chef at Farm Girl Kitchens (Senior Commis or CDP)

Farm Girl have an exciting opportunity for a full time chef with DAY TIME SHIFTS, to join their team. Our production kitchen is located in Fulham next to 'Imperial Wharf' station. We are looking for those who has a keen interest in the hospitality industry, who shares a passion in healthy, wholesome and nourishing food.

Roles Responsibilities & Duties

Approach - Maintain an enthusiastic, engaged, and passionate approach to food and great service, with the ability to cope under pressure.

Training – Keeping updated and participate in training of:

Preparation of all recipes.

Food hygiene standards.

Health & safety.

Cleanliness – Ensure the kitchen maintains the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene at all times.

Food presentation – Ensure food presentation is exceptional and consistent with all dishes plated up in an exciting and dynamic manner.

Health and safety - understand and upkeep current health and safety and licensing legislation.

Role Requirements

Basic experience in a kitchen up to Head Chef experience.

Knowledge in working with meat and fish.

An excellent standard of cooking skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Experience of working on a cold/hot section (preferred).
