A great opportunity to work for a dynamic distribution company based in Swavesey, Cambridge.

Our client is a manufacturers' distributor for a range of commercial electronic solutions. The company employs over 30 members of staff, they have an honest, friendly open door policy, with an appreciation for all staff members.

Due to growth they are looking for an individual to join their production assembly team.

Production Assembler role is to:

To rework and test a wide range of electrical and mechanical items.

Portable appliance testing

Diagnostics and rework of customer products

The use of hand tools, nuts bolts, screwdrivers etc

Understanding of diagrams / instructions

Preparation of test reports and results

Goods inward and outward duties

Asset tagging, labelling and marking

Good housekeeping of the department and adhere to all safety procedures

Candidates will ideally have some previous experience, have a pleasant personality, a flexible attitude, can work under pressure and perform duties to the highest of standards.

Hours for the Production Assembler are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
