This newly created role will have ultimate responsibility for driving change and further growth in the production, warehouse area to help drive the philosophy of continuous improvement and support the company business strategy.

You will thrive in this role you if you are a natural leader who enjoys bringing out the very best in the people and seeing them develop. You will likely be working as a production manager, warehouse manager or operations manager right now and be ready to take on a role where you can really make it your own. You will also need to understand the metrics that will drive and enable growth, improvement and efficiencies.
