The role
As a Production Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Working within a production team to support the operations and support managers you will be responsible for administrative assistance to the team. You will work and engage with various managers and their teams to provide administration and secretarial support to the teams within that group.
Day to day, you'll support the Assembly manager and various delivery teams with any issues and queries related to Assembly work-providing support to essential tasks to ensure Babcock succeed in delivering right first time to budget and on time, as well as:
Supporting and collaborating with different disciplines and areas within the production facility to deliver complex kit to our customers on time and to a high standard of quality.This role is full time, 37 hours a week with 4.5 days on site and will be based at our Ashton Vale, Bristol site.
Essential experience of the Production Administrator:
Excellent administration skillsExcellent communication skillsMicrosoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPointUnderstanding of Production environment would be advantageous
