Product Owner – New Year, New role!

Join our dynamic Product team and be a key player in the strategic development of our platform as a Technical Product Owner. Collaborate closely with our engineering team to lead third–party integrations, shape technical solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

Convert workstreams in the product roadmap into detailed technical and business requirements, reviewing acceptance criteria guiding the solution.Provide support for issues and incidents on the live production site, finding resolutions or escalating as required.Collaborate with project stakeholders to create business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and document solution designs and process maps.Own system architecture within the team, seeking ways to improve data flow and integration with other systems.Review, interpret, and convert technical documentation into business requirements for our external engineering team.Apply business system knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex problems and propose technical solutions.Support the UAT process, providing advice on the best approach to testing for more technical stories. Essential Skills and Experience:

Technical product experienceFamiliarity with Agile project management practicesStrong understanding of software development and coding languagesExperience with APIs What happens next?
