In this role you will be responsible for bringing new products to marketing across print and digital activity for B2B and B2C audiences, whilst enhancing existing product marketing collateral.

Job responsibilities
Working as a Product Marketing Manager your role will include:
Owning and executing go-to-market strategies for key product launches.Driving sales and generating demand by creating compelling launch material across print and digital channels.Working with the Buying team on range reviews and product selection.Identifying market trends and customer needs to influence buying decisions and marketing strategies.Ensuring product campaigns are launched within budget with KPIs set to assess ROI.Keeping the business informed of new line launches and sharing supporting marketing collateral to help them sell.Pitching new products externally when required.Ensuring new lines have a presence at B2B and B2C shows.Managing end user product booklets and a main product catalogue.Managing the improvement of product copy and ensuring our Product Information Management software is up to date.Line management of a small team.
Skills required
A passion and enthusiasm for our brand and extensive product range.Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar.Able to position products effectively and understand customer needs.Able to interpret market trends to make informed decisions.Organised, with good project management skills.Creative mindset, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that align to business objectives.Friendly and professional approach, able to work well across multiple departments.Excellent communication skills.Experience of managing a budget.Experience of managing a team would be an advantage.
