Our client, a top player in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team as a Procurement Assistant. You'll play a pivotal role in transforming processes and working alongside a National Procurement Manager to drive cost savings and efficiencies across the organization.

Your New Role:

As a key member of the team, you will:

Support category analysis to identify and deliver cost savings, efficiencies, and innovations. Manage the end-to-end tender process, from stakeholder engagement to contract award. Proactively analyse spend data to uncover cost reduction opportunities. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions to ensure favourable agreements. Implement Supplier Relationship & Contract Management practices with strategic partners. Collaborate with Global Procurement colleagues on pan-European procurement programs. About You:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

Strong experience in a professional Procurement function. Proven record of delivering savings through sourcing activities. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Data Analytics and Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable: Retail or FMCG procurement experience, knowledge of procurement tools, and familiarity with contract law.
