Our immediate requirement is for a Procurement Administrator to be a key part of our Egham team. taking full responsibility for supporting the buyer and PM (client) with the successful order management from placement through to invoicing.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Emailing orders to suppliersFollowing up with suppliers to check orders have been received and that all the details are captured correctly on order confirmations which will include: Part numberQuantitiesPricingDelivery datesDelivery AddressAny other information vital for accurate processingTracking orders to Warehouse and third party addressesDealing with enquiries from buyers, Project Managers/coordinators, Logistics and Warehousing teamsChecking daily reports for tasks to include: orders placed, orders overdue and high priority order progress
