Monitoring day to day operations of a continually functioning recycling plant and reporting/monitoring concerns.Point of contact and support for five shift teams, escalating as required to Line Manager and/or HR Team.Ensuring sufficient consumables are available and responsible for replenishments.Ensuring chemical deliveries are scheduled in line with production schedules.Ensuring safe working methods (SWMs) are current and adhered to.Accountable for accuracy of training records data and refresher training is up to date.Ensuring any faults/hazards are logged and resolved/responded to in a sufficient timeframe.Responsible for conducting return to work interviews.Responsible for review of process data and identifying opportunities and abnormalities.Responsible for actively develop and promote EHS and housekeeping standards. Mechanical engineering background essential.Experience of managing production plantExperience within a heavy industrial environment, preferably metals or chemical.Previous experience in a similar roleIT - experienced with Microsoft Office applications.Awareness of process automation.Excellent communication skills.Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
